Tower complex – Todi

Historically and architecturally very important Tower complex dating back to late Middle Age. It is located on a hill and enjoys a wonderful view of Todi, just seven km away, and the surrounding countryside.

The buildings have been fully restored enhancing the original characteristics (stone walls, arches, fireplaces, antique doors, wooden beams, terracotta tiles) that blend with modern fixtures such as a lift and an iron staircase: the result is a charming stone construction, typical of Umbrian architecture.

Features

The property is composed of two magnificent towers (named Focolino and Tabaccaia) and an elegant building (Casaletto) that connects the towers. Outdoor there is the garden, a panoramic swimming pool, patio, olive grove, and a detached building with garage and laundry with storage space.

• First Tower is built on four floors and along with Casaletto a total of 418 m² (4.500 ft ²).  There is a large salon, living room with fireplace, study/reading room, kitchen, and a bathroom, in addition to the five en suite bedrooms.
