Of considerable size building (400 sqm), the building is split into four floors.
- The ground floor represents an independent apartment (60 sqm), bottom, and cellar.
- An apartment with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom occupies the first floor.
- The second floor is divided between the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
- On the third floor, there is a wonderful panoramic terrace and an attic.
The building has been subjected to an appropriate restoration of the structure and external facades. Contrary to them, the interiors need various restoration works to bring them up to the modern quality standards and fully express their potential.
