La Rupe is an independent house full of atmosphere 15km from Todi. The building is entrenched on the external wall of a medieval castle and commands the promontories of the Corbara Lake and the Forello’s gorges. The location is very pleasant and has a great view of a feast of vineyards, olive groves, and Mediterranean scrub.
The property includes a panoramic multi-levels terraced garden and a traditional stone building, fully restored in 2016 with original materials. Facades are in stone, fixtures in wood floors are in terracotta tiles.

The House is on three floors. On the ground floor, there is an open space area with a fireplace, used as a living room with a kitchenette. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a large space used as storage.
Outside
The fully fenced-in garden surrounds the building on three sides and lies on several levels, embellished with plants, flower beds, and paths. It is a natural prosecution of the house and it is a very handy space for relaxation and enjoyment.
