Il Poggio – Agriturismo & Food is a charming Umbrian farmhouse. Set on the top of a gentle slope, it overlooks the luxuriant surrounding countryside. All around a succession of ancient villages, vineyards, olive groves and cultivated fields.
It consists of a main farmhouse and a second farmhouse / outbuilding completely restored, two annexes of important dimensions, an imposing external courtyard with swimming pool and 13 hectares of agricultural land.

The main house of important dimensions (300 sqm) is on two levels:
On the ground floor introduced by an elegant panoramic portico we find in the order: the reception, two elegant dining rooms with fireplace (40 seats), a large professional kitchen equipped with pantry, cold room, laundry room, utility room and services.
The first floor accessible by a beautiful external staircase is divided between a first apartment with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a second apartment composed of living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The external courtyard is large and very articulated. It is divided between the relaxation area with panoramic swimming pool and solarium, the pergola, the rustic garden and the service car park.
The farm is around 13 hectares. It is divided between Vineyard (9000 square meters with 3000 cuttings of Pinot Noir planted in 2005), Uliveto (about 140 plants in production), Bosco of about 5 hectares and arable land of 5 hectares.
