Il Falchetto is a charming farmhouse. It is located in Umbria, on the slopes of the Martani Mountains, in an area of great naturalistic interest that expands into a succession of large forests of oaks and green pastures, which in spring offer wonderful primrose and Genzian flowers and breathtaking views.
It is part of a fortified center of ancient origin, consisting of an ancient castle dating back to the year 1100 and several farmhouses connected to it.
It has been completely restored respecting the Umbrian rural tradition. The external facades are made of natural stone and the fixtures are in fine wood. Internally the floors are made of terracotta, stone fireplaces, and the ceilings in beams and terracotta tiles.
