The Fattoria dei Daini agriresort & SPA is located in Umbria, between the cities of Todi, Perugia and Orvieto, within the UNESCO protected MAB (Man and the Biosphere) area. The property is located in a dominant panoramic position and enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. It is compose in: an imposing main body of approx. 1342 sqm which houses the accomodation facility and the apartment reserved for the owners. The second body of 440 sqm currently used as a shed / stable; the third former farmhouse, also used as a barn of 280 sqm. A large outdoor courtyard of approx. 5.400 sqm which holds the swimming pool, the relaxation / games area, the space reserved for animals and the educational farm, an agricultural land of 16.44 hectares. The accomodation facility comprises two floors above ground and a basement. The ground floor houses the dining room which opens to the terrace, the reception, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. On the basement floor there are the SPA, the congress hall, the kitchens, the cellars, the private chapel, the warehouses, the garages and the technical areas and services. The first floor is entirely reserved for the sleeping quarters and has 9 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Spa is a real gem, comprising of a heated indoor pool (8 x 5), sauna, hot tub, gym, beauty farm and gym. ​​​​​​​The manor house on three floors is spacious and well cared for. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room, the large portico and a bathroom; on the first floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a storeroom; on the third floor there are a charming turret housing a bedroom and a bathroom. The second building (former farmhouse) is currently used as a stable and barn, but it can be turned into a living quarters. The third building of recent construction is also used as a stable. The main external courtyard houses the outdoor swimming pool (14 x 8) equipped with solarium, technical room and large roof with wooden trusses supported by columns, the relaxation area and courtyard of animals.
