The “Il Falcone” farmhouse is located in an area of extraordinary beauty near Perugia. It is located in a hilly, panoramic area just 15 km from Lake Trasimeno. It dominates the headlands of central Umbria from above.
The estate complex of the company retains the charm of the small rural village with parts dating back to 1700. It is divided into 3 large buildings that house 10 apartments. All the apartments have been restored with materials and finishes typical of Umbrian farmhouses.

The main house, on two floors, houses six independent apartments consisting of a living room/kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
